D.Gregory™ Shipping and Returns Policy
This D.Gregory™ Shipping and Returns Policy (“Shipping & Returns Policy”) governs the return of Merchandise purchased by users. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the D.Gregory™ Website Terms and Conditions. We may amend and/or modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time by posting an updated Shipping & Returns Policy to the Site; provided, however, that any amendment or modification to this Shipping & Returns Policy shall not apply to any purchases made prior to the applicable amendment or modification. You should review this Shipping & Returns Policy for updates prior to purchasing any Merchandise.
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, and subject to adherence to the procedures set forth in this Shipping & Returns Policy, all standard stock Merchandise that is unworn, in perfect condition, and not damaged or tarnished in any way, can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of same for Site credit (“Site Credit”).
Where the applicable Merchandise is Bespoke Merchandise, is a free/promotional item, is listed as “final sale,” is listed as “non-refundable,” or there is some other similar designation listed at the point of sale, you may not return the applicable Merchandise for a Site Credit or refund of any kind.
The Site Credit can be used, exclusively, to purchase additional Merchandise made available on the Site. Site Credit cannot be applied to applicable taxes and/or shipping and handling costs. The Site Credit has no other cash value and may not be used to make purchases of any kind at any venue other than the D.Gregory™ online store.
Procedure for Requesting and Processing Returns
Deadlines. If you wish to return Merchandise, you must submit your request for a return within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of same. In addition to submitting your return request within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of same, Merchandise must also be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of same. Any Merchandise return requests made after twenty-four (24) hours following the date of Merchandise receipt, and/or Merchandise returns made seven (7) days following the date of Merchandise receipt, will be refused.
Request a Return. If you wish to return Merchandise, please email us at: email@example.com; or call us at: (917) 509-3777. You must include the word “Return” in the subject line of your email, and include the order number, your full name, your mailing address and the reason for the return in the body of the email. Where you have provided the requisite information, we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx® shipping label and assist in arranging pick up for the returned Merchandise.
Prepaid FedEx® Label; Shipping of Returns. You must use the prepaid FedEx® shipping label provided by D.Gregory™. If you do not use the prepaid FedEx® shipping label provided by us, you: (a) must pay for shipping and handling; (b) must insure the return against loss/damage while in transit; (c) will bear all risk of loss/damage during the delivery process; and (d) will not receive any Site Credit where the returned Merchandise is lost or damaged in any way. You must keep proof of your return shipment and provide it to us upon request.
Items to Include in the Return Package. You must include, in the package you use for the return, the Merchandise, the receipt associated with your purchase, and all other documents provided with your original Merchandise shipment. The Merchandise, and all associated accessories, must be in the original packaging with all protective materials in place and with all associated tags and stickers attached thereto, if any.
Inspection/Refusal of Returns. All returned Merchandise will be subject to a quality control inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any returned Merchandise:
- Where you fail to comply with all of the requirements set forth in this Shipping & Returns Policy;
- If the Merchandise received by us is worn, damaged or tarnished in any way, as determined in our sole discretion; and/or
- If excessive return requests are made through use of the same account or by the same individual.
Once the returned Merchandise is inspected, and it is confirmed by D.Gregory™ that the Merchandise has not been worn or damaged in any way, that you have complied with all of the terms of this Shipping & Returns Policy, and that all requisite information and items have been returned, you will receive the applicable Site Credit.
The estimated delivery times set forth on the Site are approximations only. We endeavor to deliver all Merchandise within five (5) to seven (7) business days; provided, that, Bespoke Merchandise will take longer to prepare and deliver. Requests for faster delivery (overnight, priority overnight, Saturday delivery, etc.) shall be subject to additional charges and must be made by e-mailing D.Gregory™ at: firstname.lastname@example.org; or by calling us at: (917) 509-3777. D.Gregory™ may offer complimentary shipping with certain orders when delivered via ground service in the continental United States. D.Gregory™ shall not be responsible for any delays caused by the FedEx® traffic, or any other causes beyond D.Gregory’s™ reasonable control or otherwise due to unforeseen circumstances. D.Gregory™ shall only ship domestically. Requests for international deliveries must be made by contacting D.Gregory™ at: email@example.com.
General Shipping Terms. D.Gregory™ utilizes FedEx® to deliver all Merchandise orders. An individual who is eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the applicable age of majority, if greater than eighteen (18) years of age in her/his respective jurisdiction of residence) (each, an “Of-Age Adult”) must be present when the Merchandise is delivered, and that Of-Age Adult must sign to accept the Merchandise parcel when presented with same by the FedEx® delivery person. Upon the signature of an Of-Age Adult, all responsibility and risk of loss for the purchased Merchandise passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by an Of-Age Adult at such recipient’s mailing address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the sales contract by D.Gregory™. If there is no Of-Age Adult available to take receipt of the Merchandise parcel at the time of delivery, the FedEx® delivery person has been instructed to leave a note saying that an attempt had been made to deliver the subject Merchandise.
Where an attempted delivery note has been left at your residence, you can contact FedEx® directly to reschedule delivery. Should the parcel be refused, or delivery is not possible after three (3) attempts, the parcel will be returned to D.Gregory™. When Merchandise is delivered, you should check that all items are in the subject order and indicate any irregularities and/or missing/damaged items on a signed copy of the delivery note, where possible. Incorrect Shipping Address - Lost or Stolen Packages. To avoid lost packages and delays, we strongly recommend that you provide us with a reliable address. Please ensure that all delivery information is current and correct before confirming your order. D.Gregory™ is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. D.Gregory™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
